Today is your day. I know y'all had a front roll through yesterday, so that should get them moving. Good luck!

I wanted to do a treestand selfie but at the moment I took the pic, this old guy jumped in front of the camera. Boy, if I ever get my hands on him, we'll trade doses of metamucil![IMG]

I've got it at 43.....carpentry and concrete work my whole life, smoking, ect. My condition worsened considerably after getting COVID back on '21. I use hand warmers and good gloves but man is it miserable.

My first sit of the year, so far doesn't seem like I forgot anything, that's always a worry the first trip to the cabin to hunt.
Beautiful morning but a bit windy

Kicked 3 doe up 50 yards from cabin on walk in this morning

For those that have been here, you have gotten to know my brother in law through me, for those that are new to the thread, my brother in law is my best friend, hunting partner, amazing father, great husband to my sister, and an all around incredible human being.

Tragically and unexpectedly my best friend lost his life Sunday morning. I selfishly am going to ask all of you great people to please continue to pray for my family, but most importantly my sister and their 3 beautiful children.

Thank you all for always being an amazing support system.

And as always, good luck killers!

Prayers for your entire family Mitch.

    Fun morning.

SW wind today EXCEPT for a short stint of WNW - which is when some does where coming right to me. They white tailed it out of here. Later, had a bb walk under me. His mother stayed in the thickness. So close 2 outings in a row.

    Time to get to work.
