    Stepped outside this morning before work. Rain brought much relief and a cooling. Lets go Missouri hunters!

    I’ve been in since half hour before first light. As I was tying my xbow up I hear foot steps coming my way. The wind is blowing pretty good so I know whatever is coming my way has no idea I’m here. I flash my light don’t see anything. I still hear it coming. 4 big coons. Going to try light rattle here once it gets a little more light. Lots of deer out on the drive in. Good luck this morning.

    I’m set up in yet another brand new spot. It’s actually the spot I tried to send @virginiashadow to his first morning here but the arrow fiasco prevented him from getting here.

    It’s another good looking spot with trails and scrapes through a grown up, grassy opening.

    All day rain here in SW Michigan, so I won't get out today. Good luck shooters. Pick a spot, count to 3, let it fly!

    I've seen several on I40 between Knoxville and Nashville over the past couple years, still nothing out here in Johnson County.

    Doe just ran by me. She stopped for a second, looked behind her and took off.

    About a minute later another doe came in to 20 and stopped but I had no shot. She looked around like she was looking for the other doe and ran back the way she came.

    Alright...im down and back at the house. That spot was no good this morning. With the wind coming over top of mountain, it was pulling my wind up hill. Can't have that there and no other spots to go to. Good luck out there.

    @Slugger good luck tracking!

    Yeah man, wind is wild this morning. Maybe it'll help shake some of these leaners loose....

    Another reason I wanted out of there. So many hangers and leaners here. Leaves will take a good hit too. Stay safe

    Very odd morning, raining and windy, I “overdressed” for the walk in, but it’s now cold. Saw two little eyes watching me when I had my red lamp on, kind of creepy. Stumbled around looking for a tree in the dark, realized I should have scouted it yesterday and not this morning. I’m back in a reliable tree but not where I want to be.
    Haven’t seen anything, going to sit until I don’t feel like it.
