    There are some flies that the larvae mature in the sinuses. I don’t recall if they are botflies or some other variety…

    Someone was nice enough to check the camera I was going to pull on the way out. Camera left wide open and card missing.

    Sat out this evening, phone is not reading SIM card anymore so no cellular.....always something I guess. Ended up seeing that same young 7 with the split right brow and a doe. Headed back up on top of the ridge tomorrow after that nice 8 I saw while bear hunting yesterday.

    Looks like next weekend could be the one that starts a more favorable weather pattern. At least something other than warm and dry. Wet and mild would be a welcome change in forecasts

    My oldest got his first bow kill tonight, 30 yard shot she ran 60 yards and piled up in frotn of me. A young doe born last year.
