All quiet here so far. I might be back in the area to soon after that debacle of a track job last Saturday. Giving it another couple hours. Thinking about starting a drone service that delivers snack to hunters. I’m starving.

Sorry didn't update last night, phone died. Only seen one little doe. Thought for sure i would see a lot more movement. Was hoping to get out this evening but the wife has a doctor appointment this evening so I'll be stuck home with the kiddos. Good luck this morning guys!

    Good luck this morning!

27 degrees and a hard frost on the ground here in central MN. I'll be out this afternoon.

Good luck out there to all of you fortunate enough to be hunting. I'll be following along to see what hits the dirt.

    Little inspiration

Shooting a deer from the ground is intense! It's a totally different experience than from a tree stand. More of an "up close and personal" kind of feeling.

Those things are amazing. Have one for Sara to hunt out of so she can see all around us.

If you do consider buying a see-through blind, check out the tidewe brand. Pretty good for the money

Rain stopped 30min ago. Have a couple chores to do then a shower and hopefully out the door at 1PM. Headed to my deep woods stand . Hopefully be there by 2 and will get some day time movement back there or at least catch them headed to the food plot before dark. It's a good location. By a brook and between two feed areas and bedding. Kind of the center of the triangle between the three locations. The brook has a deer crossing 30yds from the stand that leads to two old logging roads that cross in front of me at 15 and 25yds. See ya out there soon.

That's exactly how I feel in one and I don't really like it either. But they can definitely work.

First hard frost due tonight. No deer sightings in fields during this full moon. That said, could be due to the corn 1/2mile straight south pf our back line..gup5 blind was cut Monday. It wol. Be a day or so for this to change movements. The clover on is and the alfala field got a slight green up after last nights rain. Cold fronts here and chestnuts have started dropping.
