    This is my 4 th sit in Ohio still have seen a deer. Beginning to think this state is over hyped :). ....I was literally about to hit send on that sentence when I looked up 4 doe were walking towards me. They got to 30 yards but I could not draw back uggg too many eyes

    In October? I'm hunting 70 yards from my house if that means anything. All suburban "pets"

    OK, well I didn't know your exact hunting situation because you didn't specify.

    If you're hunting small suburban wood lots, then yeah probably 9 sounds about right

    I can't believe i didn't see anything, we had a full day of rain yesterday that ended in the middle of the night. Thought they would be up moving all night and i could catch em this am. I Wonder why i was wrong

    I always stay till at least 9:00 but I like to stay till 10:30 or 11:00.

    I'll be in the same situation tomorrow. It's pouring here in RI. Supposed to stop tonight. I'm thinking they will start moving as soon as it stops and be heading to bed when the sun comes up....hmmm

    My deer want cooperate either. Apparently their either not getting the text messages or not reading them. I sure wish they would get their sh!t together.

    hopefully it pans out for you,
    on the bright side I found a new spot to hang my climber overlooking a trail they have been using extensively so far.

    racing last night went til 1:00am looks like I'm going to need all day to recover from that. heading out in the am for my first morning hunt of the year.

    I hope so too!! It'll be my first sit in this spot in my summit. Hoping to get a shot at the buck checking the scrape.

    I went to basic at Fort Sill. It was right after they filmed the movie In the army now. Yeah I'm old!
