Me too Terry! Those folks didn't have a fraction of the technology/tools we have today, yet they still produced near perfection in much of their work. That's back when pride was actually put into what they built/made.
Just got in the blind we are thawing out here after an ice storm yesterday. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
yes. people had common sense and weren't afraid to work. now it's all about college and computers. working and making things by hand is becoming a lost art.
Well nothing for my father-in-law and me after the three young bucks I saw early. Got rained out at 8:30. Spent the rest of the day knocking down a tree in my backyard; more fire wood and the back looks about 20% bigger. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I just got in the stand, perfect breeze with cloud cover, falling barometer and rain coming tonight. Hopefully the deer know it is time to move. Good Luck everyone!
Hard to believe I only seen a spike. It was at 5:50. End of legal shooting light. "IF" the rain gets out of here quick enough tomorrow afternoon I'll be out for the last day of the season.
Thanks I'm sitting in a open tripod stand on the edge of my field this is always the best spot for late season. Heard a deer blow but it was up wind quite a ways and still dark idk what that was about Mike4christ
Good luck to every one still hunting. Looks like rain all day here! Been a blast and a very bountiful year! Already getting ready for next season!
