    It's been about 3 weeks since I've hunted, but I did some scouting and set out a couple of cameras in different parts of the property I'm hunting a little over a week ago. Checked them yesterday and the mature 8pt with a broke G3 was on there two days in a row about 30-45 min. Before shooting light. Pretty pumped that he survived gun season so I am making it my #1 priority to go after this deer. I'm pretty sure the pics I have of him are him going back to bed after feeding all night on the winter wheat on the neighboring place. I moved a camera, trying to figure out what route he is taking in the evening to get there. Hopefully, I can get him pinned down and get after him next week. Still got until Jan. 15.
