    Just hung a set in a tree I haven't hunted in about 3 yrs. Was always good hunting in here. Nice to be back. Not sure what deer are here but on a doe mission.

    Well just got settled in and stopped sweating. Its 73 here but feels like 83 when you're walking in. Last sit of my 3 day weekend would love to at least see a buck.

    Spotted a doe with 2 fawns and a small buck back in the woods so far. They are starting to move here.

    Ended up having 9 deer come by, and one of my shooters. A wide 9 pt that I haven't seen for a month, it was good to see him back. He never got closer then 75 yards.

    Holt, you are gonna lay down a big one this year.

    At about 530pm, a huge pack of coyotes came through howling. Nothing moved at all.
