Just got in from the stand. Sat till 11 because of the solunar tables I looked up online. All I saw today was a couple of mule deer does on the other side of the fence. That was at sunrise. Came in for lunch, and gotta buy laces for my boots and I will be back at it.
First hunt since last Friday. Guns have been in season for the past weeks and most of the leaves have dropped. Hoping on a hail mary.

This particular place I'm hunting is like a mile from I95 in some of the worst traffic in America. Woods are serene and quiet yet I can hundreds of thousands of cars driving by right now. Major traffic.....but I'm sitting quietly with nowhere to be. Life is good.

Girlfriend just called, there was a shooting in the mall inside Sears where she was shopping, she's ok but had a cop pull a gun on her as she was coming out of the store. I'm headed to the house to calm her down, people are so crazy.
