Been to long boys. Finally back in stand after a while. I have one buck in the bag already. My mathews is ready for more.

Sorry guys. I figured I'd do an update on my buddy's buck. We looked till 2 am before we called it quits. He's going back out today to look some more. I just am blown away,

Hoping this mid day sit was worth it. Haven't seen a single deer yet. Has anyone seen any deer in the last 30 min?

Nothing in the past hour...bout to go in

 

I didn't see anything all morning. I heard 2 or 3 as I walked in and got set up but never laid eyes on anything. Not a lot of gunshots either?

 

I'm quitting deer hunting....for the day at least. My buddy at least killer a buck off the food plot I put in and out of my tree. A nice Lil 7 pointer and his biggest buck to date. As he was taking the deer to the processor he saw a monster in front of the property I'm hunting on run across the road...lol ohh well. I'm going to go eat a late breakfast, drink a beer and take a nap....

 

About to put the canoe in. I hope this my buck.

 

Looking forward to your pics. We'll my first sit in Ohio resulted in two does coming in a little after 9am. We're gonna grab a quick bite and then we're going to try to scout a little. It's tough going into a piece of property you've never set foot on and find the right spots. The quest continues!

Had a good morning hunt with my daughter but she got too cold by 7:10 lol had a doe blow at us. After taking her back to the truck I looked back across a field we were hunting and see a bruiser of an eight point headed toward the ground bling. She was disappointed but learned a valuable lesson. Headed back out after dropping her off as the deer are chasing in that property.
