Go get em Backstrap. I'd like to have one down by sunset Thursday. Temps are gonna drop by like 30 plus degrees by Sunday morning.
Nothing tonight for me. May not get back out until gun season that starts the 15th Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks Joe....you to buddy...to be honest I'd rather see you knock something down than myself...I'm just a whiner...you are the definition of deserving! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
seen two does, a four pointer, and a possible shooter that took too much time coming in so I had to look at him with a flashlight. going to a different set tomorrow. better give the spot I was at tonight a rest for a day.
Cmon man, Joe whines all the time. And the stuff he posts? Deer gods hate him since he has disgraced bh.com. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Speaking of whiners.... I'm going to have to hop a plane and show you how to get it done in that state...you should have the shoulder mount back by now for christ sakes Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
Once again there were no deer in fields when I left, left a bit early as well. I think part of the problem here is crops came out really early and we have yet to have our first freeze, which is officially the all time latest here. There is so much green browse still down low, deer aren't really having to move much to feed. Kind of making it tricky, mornings is where the movement has been at it seems.
Totally agree. Still a good amount of green in the northern part of the state too. Back at it tomorrow morning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Took the day off from hunting to catch up on work. I will be back on stand for the next 4 days. I will see you all on stand tomorrow morning! Good luck guys, lets kill something!
Guessing they do not have a need to enter the fields before dark. I hear people asking whether to hunt a field edge or go deep in the woods. I don't have a lot of experience with field edges, none actually , but I think this year one may want to take that field edge stand in a bit 40-75yds, to staging areas that has ample browse and mast.
