Just got back to truck. What a great morning 5 bucks 1 doe. Nothing to get excited about but anytime you see that many bucks on public you gotta be a happy hunter. Only reason I left was wind changed and was blowing completely wrong. Gotta decide where to hunt tonight now

Skunked again. I am religious about being sent free. Getting the right gear, shooting regularly and do all the little things except FIND GOOD LAND

Day 3 of my huntcation and ready to get going. Spoke to a landowner where I used to gun hunt. Can't gun hunt anymore but he said I could come down and bow hunt this week. I am heading out now. The only problem is the property is still surrounded by standing corn. Hopefully the farmer will start picking this week and I will be in the right spot. Today is warm with high winds 20-40 MPH. Gonna see what I can do. Good luck.

Would like to hear what other PA guys are seeing and experiencing. I thought this morning would be great, too (I can't hunt mornings on the weekdays). Saturday morning was textbook. Minus anything but scrub bucks moving.

Makes me buy into Mark Drury's theory on the dark moon a bit more :) My trail cameras are showing activity, but from 11pm-1am (and this was prior to the warm front).

Had a small spike wander by about 45 mins ago, trotted right by my scent rag and paid no attention to any thing else...

According to this, it should be worth an all day sit

At least I'm fairly comfy, there is just no beating this summit for an all day sit....sun is shining now also, taking the bite out of the steady 10 mph wind that is blowing...didn't want to over dress this morning knowing temps would rise, so been a little chilly the last hour or so before the sun came out from behind the clouds..
