I've posted on here a few times when I knew I absolutely smoked them, only once did I hear one crash. But seeing the shot is enough most times. Especially when arrow is stuck in the ground and you go to POI for a looksie.

That being said I've had several errant shots end in recovery that I don't post on until back at home with deer hanging or at the processor and on beer 3.

But when you know, you know. Either scenario

Well sons Halloween parade started at 1:30 (Kindergarten). Followed by Daughters trunk-n-Treat. I forgot to pack my cooler and flasks. Made for a long afternoon. Met up with a buddy who is wanting to get back into bow hunting. Told him I'll probably be hunting public next year and he's welcome to join

Sorry to leave everyone hanging but signal sucks out here and it was really warm last night so I had a lot of work to do.Endend up finding the deer. Body was as big as I thought, rack has some ground shrinkage but still easily my best with a bow. Heaviest deer I have ever shot 220 field dressed. I knew he would pry be my best chance at a buck this year as he was the one I was getting pictures of everywhere. Thanks every1! Will get some pics after the sun comes up.

When you leave for work at 4 am and it is already 69*, makes you feel a little better about going to work instead of hunting....supposed to be in the 80s today, really don't think I'm gonna hunt this afternoon. Gonna shoot for an all day sit tomorrow, supposed to be a 20-30* change in temps, then back in the 70s Monday...
