    Up in a good afternoon set, first afternoon sit here but I've seen deer out in the field at last light about 45 yards away, have a friend first time rifle hunting on the north end if this property so I'm hoping I hear a bang and need to go help out! Of course I wouldn't mind seeing some deer this evening also i am attempting to self film so we will see how it goes, hot here this evening 76 right now good luck everyone out there

    Still can't decide, help me out boys.

    First or second weekend of nov, I have a few days of vaca left, my two year old son goes to a sitter mondays and Fridays and I have been given the go a head from the powers that be (wife) that I can hunt all day for those four days I pick.

    Should I take nov 5 6 7 and 8 off or the following weekend, 13 14 15 16 off. In sw ohio.

    A month ago I planned for the second weekend but more and more recently I'm thinking the first. Good thing is my boss is a fellow deer hunter and told me the choice is mine.

    Skip out of work early, I said. It's 83 degrees but the wind is perfect for one of my favorite spots, I said. Freaking billions of those biting gnats and the thermacell apparently doesn't work that well on them. Felt like I was getting sand blasted in the face whenever the wind would gist while I was climbing up. Still better than being in the office.

    It's only 13 hours of sitting time you can't hunt :lol:

    They won't eat it up that quick. In fact here, they don't seem to be eating it at all in shooting hours.
