    Just had a doe and fawn come within 15 yards. First deer in range this year. Practiced coming to full draw a couple times. It wasn't a trophy doe so i didn't let one go. Hopefully there's a buck following.

    Nice!! This is my third hunt of the season and I've yet to see a deer...not sure what's going on here on my property. In the past 3 years combined I've only been skunked 5 times...I usually always see at least a few does.

    It got noticeably colder here today and the deer seem to be moving. Three does and a buck in daylight this morning on cams. 50 Right now and supposed to be 29 tonight.

    So I was going to contribute to this thread tonight... But the dr appt I had somehow ended up lasting me 50 minutes. I talked to the doctor for less than 5 - I HATE the waits at dr offices.
