    Not out hunting deer anymore but out hunting land and struck out today thanks to both pieces I was interested in was leased by out of state hunters! Nothing against out of state hunters but I can't compete with what they're willing to pay!

    That's stupid money! My cousin was renting 160 in NE MO for $700 for all year. Deer and turkey.

    I lease with a buddy and its 2 160 acre pieces for deer and turkey all year for 900! So 2500 was way outa my range! It just sucks to be local and not have deep pockets!
