    I love chess. Been teaching our 8 year old to play since he was 6. He now picks on the 5 year old at chess.

    It's 27 degrees with a slight NW wind this morning. Headed back to the top of the hill stand. Got to have some headgear to let it fly this morning but that's fine with me. Let's see what happens here. Good luck to anyone else headed or already in the stand this morning.

    Heading in, going to change it 2day. My morning stand from yesterday will be my after noon stand and my afternoon from yesterday is now my morning stand so let's see how it works out. 27f and little wind.

    Well, I had a different kind of bobcat situation this morning. This one of the diesel nature. The neighbors (peta members ) decided since I was in there hunting it would be the perfect time to start cleaning off the fence row. Insert curse words here==#÷×$××÷%#£&;;^//#! $@$$!#! $$××÷=%

    back home now. had a pretty good morning. I had a distant encounter with one eye willy this morning. man he is impressive in person. he was about 200yds out in the clearcut. he was in front of my camera an hour before light. I have no evening pics of him there so I will continue to hunt him mornings. I seen him and his little buddy at 8:30am. I will hit it there every morning til it is over. one of these times he just might mess up. this afternoon i'll head back top the safety zone. I only have been seeing a small buck there but maybe some does will start showing now that it is getting colder. i'll check in when I get on stand.
