    Deer here are still skittish from the chasing of gun season.
    Dumass Neighbor had to set out in the road in front of his drive and power brake before he pulled in to the drive. Needless to say the deer didn't like that. They flagged and left!
    Why is it, the people with the least amount of money have the most rubber to burn?

    all I want is a measly doe to come through. instead I get a half rack 6 point. once he drops he's gonna get it! I think instead of hunting in the morning I'm going to do some scouting in the fresh snow to find out where the does are. normally this is simple in the late season but I am getting baffled at this point.

    I wasn't at all making fun of people that don't have a lot of money. We are not rich by any stretch of the imagination. We bought this place a year ago. The house across the road was vacant. We didn't really ask any questions as to why. Come to find out the guy that lives there was in prison. Woo Hoo! Excitement right? He got out in August. No electricity, not sure on running water. They seem harmless so far. Like early in said, you can't fix stupid.

    After the neighbors scared the deer off 2 separate times. By the time they came back the third it was too dark to see. Maybe tomorrow.

    Back at the truck, I sat all day and didn't see anything but squirrels. Today was the last doe day so I'm sure I will see like 20 of them in the morning. The new 8 point basket was in at about 4 this morning and the nasty nine came through at 12 last night. Guess he was out celebrating. Lol

    if it isn't too windy I am deciding to go in after the one eye willy buck. name seemed fitting. afterwards in the midday i'll do my scouting. heading to bed. let you know how it goes when I get back tomorrow. good luck guys!
