    I haven't seen a doe at our place in 2 months while hunting. The show up on the trail camera but that has been it.

    buddy of mine seen buck chasing a doe last night in a food plot. and have had several other reports of bucks still hanging with does. i actually seen a fresh rub on the way in here. the bark was laying on top of the grass and was still wet. im guessing last night or early this morning.

    I found this about 100yds from my stand when I came in, 2day is the 1st day I have hunted this stand this year. Wish I had hunted from it more

    ended up seeing one come right under the stand. not sure if it was a button buck, doe fawn, or older doe? I had just enough light to shoot but I am not going to make a mistake just to fill a doe tag. I will only shoot a mature doe. its all about a deer big enough to have enough meat for the year. I would beat myself up if I would've shot a fawn.
