    Exactly that. I was pulling down on the hide of the hind quarters with my left hand and working the blade with my right. Knife slipped and chopped down. Hit the top of my finger like an axe and the way my finger was bent the blade exited the bottom about half the length of the top cut. Stitches come out Tuesday then it's back to work/woods. Maybe in the woods Saturday, we will see.
