Seen 2 unidentified go across other field walking then had a doe fawn walk into my bottom looking back a lot. Sent from my LG-D800 using Tapatalk
Nothing else since... Thought about it. I've replayed the shot over and over. There is a limb he was under that has brown leaves on it. I think under the stress my brain thought those leaves were the top of his back. I moved my pin 6 inches below that....and it was Probably by his spine instead of boiler room. Bottom line I blew my shot Will get down in an hour to check arrow and confirm miss
When you meet a girl say "Hi my name is Tom, you will be the center of my world January thru September. Spotty love in October and December. I don't exist in November....."
No different than marrying someone who travels alot for work. Just need to be clear up front what your doing in life. I should not have to change who I am to fit someone's expectations.
Just had 2 come over the bottom of the ridge directly down wind. Wasn't expecting them from there, one stood for a few seconds then did a little blow and took off. Win some, lose some. Hopefully that wasn't all for the morning
My wife does not dictate where or when I go hunting....but she knows SHE is more important than any of my hobbies, so she supports my love for hunting and fishing....but if she asked me to stay home (she never has), I would. If there is an event going on, I'm going to be there...I give up a day to hunt to go to an art festival with here every year.... Gotta look beyond your nose ...
I don't think any of us are planning on skipping a birth of a child or a major life event. We all enjoy a day or two away from the woods to unwind But I do agree with being you from the start. If you always hunt with your family on Thanksgiving, don't sway from that.
