    I'm wondering why I'm sitting here sweating and being eaten by bugs because I forgot the bug spray.

    Just doesn't feel much like deer hunting weather.

    Good luck man. I sure wish I was in the stand this morning. I've been up since 2. I can't sleep because I keep thinking about hunting. I think something is wrong with me.

    Haven't seen any deer. They have traditionally moved through my hunting spot about an hour after sunup. Had a cool experience with a red tailed hawk.

    I havent seen any either but it did rain pretty hard up here in Northern VA. Only had a raccoon visit so far.

    We have a month long early doe season in several northern VA counties. Regular season opens in a month.

    MD opener is this friday, I will be hunting morning and evening. I probably will shoot anything ecept a young dear. I think a few of us MD guys will be in the woods this friday.

    You and I had a crazy Monday morning in this thread last season. I'm still thankful I played hooky from work that day.
