    The battle within myself has begun. Lack of deer sightings and hot Temps made that snooze button look great. Nope. ....heading in now to beat them home to bed. I'll be perched to kill.

    Up in the new set warm foggy and misting I believe I will break the 3 week steak today good luck all

    The turkeys are gobbling and the squirrels seem extra big this morning. So quiet I think the deer can hear me thinking about them. 38 degrees

    Last NJ morning sit. Very still and quiet. 52 headed to 70 degrees. Wet and foggy. Turkeys were gobbling and now the crows are going at it. No deer yet. Sitting in the ground blind on the edge of a thicket bedding area along a scrape line.

    I saw them more regularly last year. First one this year from stand. It's crazy how big they are. Like a horse and really slow and lumbering. They aren't fun to see at night when driving though

    Picking up where I left off last night. Rattled in a spike already this morning.

    Rattled in 2 nice bucks came together towards last shooting light last night.
