    As hunters, the switch over is easy...we get up x many minutes before sunrise... And go to bed normal time (pre clock change)

    True, but when you use your phone or one of them self setting clocks you have to remember sunset tomorrow is an hour earlier than todays. Once the clock updates at 1:59 to 1:00 again

    Instead.of getting up at 4am you have to get up at 3am. The alarm is what gets you, not the time change so to speak
