Ouch.... I loaned mine to a friend last year and he dropped it. Luckily it didn't rain that night and we were able to find it.

Must have fell out of my pocket last hunt.

On the bright side I just had a small buck cruise by at 30yds. Too thick to see exactly what it was.

Leaves are really falling.. Nice to see farther but feels like I'm a sore thumb on this tree lol also made the 120lb tree rats sound like 220lb tree rats

Better late that never finally setup in the stand for the evening!!! Hoping to arrow my first deer for the year!!! Never been this far into season and not even have my bow drawn back! Mature bucks are still on the outside edge of moving in the day light but with as close as they are to moving in the daylight one might slip up and take an arrow through the boiler room!!!

I haven't been hunting this week. Planning on Saturday morning. Just pulled trail cam card and had a 2 1/2 yr old at noon today. Definitely starting to heat up.

The wind was crazy this afternoon. Didn't hunt but hung a stand for tomorrow afternoon.

Had a smaller 8 coming in behind me the look out in the bottom and it look like a deer bomb went off.. At first I thought spooked then I seen it was a couple bucks chasing does around.. One was a really nice 8. They worked some scapes the the big 8 looked like he was hading in the woods towards me.. Got behind the ridge and that's the last I seen of him......

Ended up seeing 2 does and a small buck. Close to last shooting light I had a buck grunting the place up... Going to get interesting soon.

Ive seen 1 buck and 6 does in about 8-9 hunts. One year I remember seeing about 15 deer in 30 sits.
