    Rain and gusty wind today. Rain tapering with wind remaining tomorrow. Friday, 8 -10 degree temp drop and a NW wind. I'll be out then.

    Borrowed my friends trail cam and set it up in the backwoods behind my house. Caught a smaller buck on his feet at dead noon. They are starting to move. As for all day sits, I have to time them right or I exhaust myself to the point where hunting is no longer fun. That being said, I will probably hunt all day Thurs and Fri, 3-4 hour hunts on Sat and Sun, then really begin the grind come the 2nd to 10th or so.

    Finally got the wind to hunt one of my better stand tonight. It's been raining for a couple of days here but stopped about lunch however it's a hot 75deg. Sitting on the edge of 3 year cutover and a food plot that is starting to come up. Ready to let one fly!!!

    Mud falling off the bottom of my boots every time I shift my feet. To me sounds terrible I hope it sounds like akern's to the deer.
