    Heading out to track a doe my nephew shot this morning

    It bolted 10 yards and stood there...He watch.it.for 10 minutes and it meandered away...

    He was at a steep angle and he said the shot looked behind the shoulder and high...

    51 degrees with a slight 5mph NW wind... 43 degrees by 7pm with little to no wind.

    Shaping up to be a perfect night in the woods!

    Trying to run two cameras is hard
    Had a doe pick me off as I was moving camera and grabbing bow
    Then when I finally had shot missed at 35 yards cause I rushed

    No go....when I got there I knew it was gonna be iffy, tho I did not let them know I felt that way..

    We followed blood that was bright red ...what you get with a meat hit...all blood was dripped down...and this stuff was thick that she ran into ... 4 of us then grid searched....nothing....he is going back tomorrow morning ....but he will not find it....total muscle hit, IMO....sans infection , he will see that deer again
