The arrow is moving so fast it is hard to see where it hits him. It looks a tad bit back but still in front of the liver to me. Height looks good. I am going to run the shot simulator now and see what I come up with.

Flipped it and slowed it down. Watch on full screen: BH com Lastoneout - YouTube

Looks slightly quartering-to. I think you got one lung and possibly diaphragm / organs in the back. Should be a dead deer still.

Definitely looks too far back but for sure 1 lung and other organs. Good call backing out. Get your belly full and go for a mile run or something. Lol. Take your bow and go get him in an hour or so. Good luck and thank you for making me worthless at work when I'm trying to work hard so I can take Friday off!

I would give it some time still. I would get some food and then slowly head back in. Hour maybe?

Been watching this thread all morning.. Gotta love it.

From the video I'd say you got gut maybe top of liver and off side lung.

If that's the case I'd give him 6 hrs. to be safe.

I know this is hard to do but I would wait till later this afternoon. Say 2-3 pm. I think you only got one lung and not much else.

Agreed if you think just the one lung...mid-afternoon is looking like better choice...and take it slow and have arrow nocked.
