Also had a velvet fork horn walk by at about 10 yds this morning. I thought it was a doe and almost drew before I saw the little fuzzy horns.
I'm soaking wet, it's hot as hell. That felt good though. Time to hit the processor and repeat. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes it is, I had that doe quartered and cooling in record time. It helps that my kids are old enough to help now.
Woo hoo great job guys. I am jealous as crap that I still have to wait but I can live vicariously through yall in this thread. Favorite thread on the forum every year. Keep it up and knock em dead!!!
Congrats Finny and Ruger, I got my doe quatered and packed in ice in the cooler. All cleaned up and waiting to go out this afternoon to look for a buck. I am still pumped from shooting the doe! so glad the season started, it doesn't even feel like 100 degrees out! Lay down some bucks tonight MD boys!
Oh I shot shuttles like 3 years ago an loved them I didn't follow the trail much, but there was a lot of blood. It'll be in the final video! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
