    Tony....I've been using 125gr slick trick standards....the 2 deer I shot with them this year were both pass thrus and although the doe was high lung and she filled up in the cavity the buck was heart and that blood trail was sparse to....the verdict is still out on these for me.....

    Ruger... I'm in Moravia, Cayuga County NY. MD trip is on/off... depending on which way winds blow. One guy wants to go now, another wants to go in December, another bowed out all together. I'm getting the feeling this year's trip is a bust. :mad:

    Back at the stand I've sat most at. Spooked a pretty big buck on the way. Didn't see a doe, so not sure if I just didn't see her or he was cruising.

    Didn't get a great look at him, but he was wide. That's all I could tell.
