    Yea, I'm really thinking that a decoy would be good for where my blind is set up. May just have to go pick one up before my vacation starts and give it a shot. Think it may help pull one in if they come in across the field Instead of close to my blind....

    That is exactly my situation. If I want to hunt an evening it's sit all day or get there in the afternoon. I'd rather sit all day as you just never know unless you're there.

    I do bring a lunch when things really start ramping up with the rut, but right now, I just run to the truck stop that is a mile down the road and get some proper grub. It just so happens today was taco Tuesday. Not the smartest decision in the world, paying for it now....

    Oh I didnt pack this today I packed on sunday and just found out I had it... lol I was debating on eating it cause its been in my bag for a few days... then I was like f it its going down...

    How bads the wind over by you where ever you are... I was out sunday all day and it was bad... like 30 to 40 mph gusts... I saw nothing at all besides a bear in the morning and I felt pretty crazy being 20 feet up in a tree

    It really doesn't bother me in the blind, just shooting might be a little tricky....if it doesn't die down, gonna have to be a short range shot...

    True... or you can calculate the wind by holding it into the wind but I think youd be fine out to at least 35 yards before the wind yake you arrow a bit
