Just that one little buck for me. Pretty slow! Checked my 4 cams on the way out, and hardly any activity this past week. And pics I did get were all after dark. Be back out this afternoon, but not sure where I will be...

Just got up in the tree. Overlooking that scrape I found a couple weeks ago. Looks as though it hasn't been checked in awhile but I threw some buck urine in it and hopefully he'll scent it and wanna come check it out.

Drove out this morning and when I got to the property, the landowner had locked the gate to where we couldn't drive in. not a big deal cause I ain't lazy. It's about a mile walk in. Then I realized if I kill something I gotta drag it back that mile. So I opted to go home lol.

Could you not have called to have it unlucked had you killed something?

Had our club president call and left him a message. He lives 3 hours away as it is. I'm 2 hours away. They have been doing some logging in the area and some workers have been passing through.

Are you up north or down home? All my pics lately down home have been between 7am & 8am.

Well not deer hunting but I am out in the woods, buddy of mine is trying to get started into hunting, so he wanted to go do a little squirrel/rabbit hunting so here we are. Out on some public land...

[IMG]sitting just outside of a small thicket. Lots of red oaks and a few white on this hill, found two new rubs and a scrape on the way in so hopefully the night is better than this morning.

Run and gun on some public. Not very confident in my setup but we will see what happens.

Back at it! Got in earlier then usual, but that's ok. Freshened a few scrapes on my way in. It's in the low 60's, NW wind. Hopefully something is moving this afternoon! Good Luck everyone!!

In the same spot as this morning for my final sit of NC, then back to Michigan. Nothing yet but it's pretty warm so I'm expecting them to move late.

Been up about 20 min. It is super windy here in Ohio. Hanging on for
    My life. No deer yet.

Just had a fork horn trot in on me then scoot out around behind me. Literally 30 mins after a guy with a climber and crossbow walked in on me being as loud as humanly possible.
