    Sitting in my stand, my number 1 hitlister is 18 yards, just slightly quartering away,...I go to draw and suddenly,...bammm,...I wake up sitting in front of my computer, wait,..what,........5 more looonnnggg days, then 14 straight days at the camp,.......
    keep up the good work fellas, you guys are the only thing keeping me from going completely bonkers,......:bhod:

    Man, in my neck of NY they were everywhere ...the squirrels and chipmunks anyway...not one deer tonight

    Well I'm finally all set up in the tree, first time I have gotten fully set up with all the camera gear with out dropping something or forgetting something in the truck. I'm pumped and ready to rock, just hope one of the big boys comes by. Looks like about a third of the corn has been cut, they will probably be cutting more today, I'm set up about 40yds in the woods with 3 heavily used trails running by me.

    Sorry, let me re-phrase my post...While hunting for Odocoileus virginianus, I had the opportunity to dispatch an arrow towards a Canis latrans. The said arrow which was released penetrated the Canis latrans at or near his lung area thus interrupting the process by which air goes into the bronchi which in turn bring the oxygen to the lungs. Inside the lungs gas exchange occurs in the alveoli by the process of diffusion. This diffusionary process was altered resulting in said Canis latrans death.
    In other words... I SMOKED HIM!!!
