    Well that's just hurtful. Last year I declared that I was going to get a deer the following day. The following day, I got one. Since I'm a tad superstitious, I think I may have to do it again.

    I just don't know if it'll work again with this streak I'm on. I'm about to go Jeffrey Dahmer on some squirrels though.

    Couldnt post this yest as I had no service on my phone but anyone else hunt in snow yet... it snowed most of the morning and by the time it stopped there was a thin layer on the ground... cold morning it was

    A little 4 point with a decent body came in. I could've taken him.He walked right in between my stand and the boys ground blind. I had just lowered my bow down to the ground to go take a break and he came walking through hung out for about 10 minutes just grazing around. Pulled the bow back up and was ready and decided to let him walk.

    I'm considering planning on an all day sit tomorrow. Will have a good wind to sit where I have my climber set up, and that is the most comfortable stand for all day sits. Think I'll plan for it and depending on how the morning goes if I actually sit all day, or go to the truck and take a noontime nap...
