    55 and falling quick. Going down to 39 tonight. Wife and kids are running to town to pick up another couple gambrels so I'm gonna stick it out.

    Just saw a spike and a 7 point. Was going up the hill about 70 yards away. If I see something bigger I might try a stalk.

    Just feeling good about tonight.

    Unbelievable, I've got ANOTHER doe standing 30 yds out. Still three hours till dark. This isn't even usually the best spot on this farm.
