    Tony signed up well before the deadline for signups...however with his ban situation was not listed on the team list. He has been fully reinstated so he has been put on the appropriate team. This is not a breach in rules for a veteran of the forums to everyone that may clamor about this. You can look up the sign up thread and see for yourself he signed up well before the cut off date.
