Shot her from my summit Goliath climber.


2 deer came in behind be and upwind of me. Never winded me and 1 bedded down 40 yds from me. I had one lane to shoot, and that is where she bedded. I did everything short of yelling at her to get her to stand. She stood up after my buddy whistled at her and was perfectly broadside. She jumped the string and turned towards my arrow and it caught her in the front chest between her legs. Luckily got good penetration and had a good blood trail. Not happy with the shot, but happy with the out come. She was a small one but still had a good bit of meat on her bones. Those back straps are gonna be extra tender and tasty.
