I keep getting "checks" with an offer on my house. However, taking into consideration the size of my house and current prices, I would go in the hole to buy another like it. Some people, to me, just aren't too smart. Seems anyone in real estate would realize that. Off to the paper shredder.
I get mail and calls "we want your house, cash!" I tell them bring me $750k and deal, they never bring me that check. That's way over value for my house, but that's the I'll sell now price.
Over the phone, I just hang up and say nothing. With AI, they could take my voice and turn it into a selling price. Then you are stuck to disprove it isn't you. Mail is shredded after opening. Same bunch, too, I can recognize the return address.
