    Thanks all. She got 1400 sq ft for her home and I got 1400 sq ft below it for my man cave! I signed on the agreement that I get to set up the basement, which is at least studded right now, the way I want it. Pool Table, big screen, surround sound (bose), and the safe room! I'll only need to go upstairs to 3S!

    I added grass in because it doesn't get the lawn until 3 days before we close.

    Yeah, it's gonna suck having neighbors, but I can always come down to the timber I'm purchasing to get away from it all for a while. Beautiful piece of land with no one around! I've already taken turkey on this property two years but have never deer hunted it. Not to say I have not seen deer on it, I see them there frequently, just never hunted it.
