gplant....I say your challenge will be that you will have to wear a fu manchu if you do not have a buck down by days end, Halloween.

Another option would be to completely shave your beard if you do not have a buck down by Oct. 31st.

Or something like this, but more pronounced....

    In Virginia:

    A VERBAL AGREEMENT=

    • Offer: The person making the offer in a verbal contract must communicate their intent to enter into a contract. A verbal contract is not considered valid if all parties do not agree to the terms of the offer. Also, verbal contracts are only valid for a specified period of time and not indefinitely.

    • Acceptance: A verbal contract is not valid until the offer is accepted. The acceptance of a verbal contract occurs when the person to whom the contract is offered voluntarily indicates agreement to its terms and conditions.

I will hold you all accountable for your verbal agreements come hunting season :) I picked Halloween as the challenge deadline because I knew about 10% of us will score in October, and the other 90% will be looking ridiculous! :)

Siman, you can use this wig as your challenge since you have hair growth issues--lol. BTW, you are my dark horse to kill a big, mature buck this year.

Fu manchu...not sure how well it will come in though? I might have to wear a goat for a couple weeks at work and then convert it for hunting.

But Siman, are you in on the challenge or not come Halloween? And if so, what terrible facial hair style do you plan on punishing yourself with if you do not have a buck down by Oct 31st? :)

By the way, not sure if you read my post above closely, but you are my darkhorse this year to put a big buck on the ground...no pressure :)

    Well, actually,

I DO plan on having a buck down before Halloween. One thing i have learned in my 3 years with the stick and string is that the mature bucks in my area are VERY unpredictable. My goal is to find out WHERE that "certain" buck is feeding every night. I have a decent idea on where he is bedding, but i know that property has alot of pressure that i cannot control. I have 17 acres of alfalfa to try and pull him this year. I really think my best chance is the first week, or 3 days actually. After that, my odds get smaller and smaller.

The facial hair thing all depends on "IF" i can grow it...Lol

Your wig...im gunna have to think hard on that. I like the female attention, but i may have to throw it aside for you guys
