Count me in... I'll do the once in the original pic... maybe a bit longer, though.... the big question for me.... since I've NEVER shot a buck with the bow, does a spike count as decent?

Last year I did this as well. I stopped shaving on Halloween until I had a buck down or season ended (Jan 17th). I lucked into my buck on November 23 and my goodness was it looking nasty by the time I killed it. I think that was the happiest day of my life, and NOT just because I killed a buck, shaving for the first time in a month felt GOOD.

I am down to do so again, no specialties, just won't shave from Halloween until bbd.

I'm in, I can grow a little facial hair. Just enough to make me look stupid if I grow it out:d . Will that work?

Jim, Yes! Its more about the spirit of the competition that the actual dufus looks we will all be forced to sport....well, some of you all might look crazy with the mohawks and all.

It doesn't matter if you arrow a nub buck or a 20 pointer...whatever you choose.

I will keep the information on this thread......and will hold you all accountable come hunting season! Like I said before, I will sport my look for two weeks if I do not have a buck on the ground by Halloween.

Or better yet, glue some deer hair on your chin. Siman, do you pledge to Elmers glue some deer hair on your face if you do not have a buck down by Halloween?

That's typically what I do. October till Christmas. Not sure if that will fly at the new job. I'll have to take it up with the boss:argue:

John, that is why I am having this challenge. We need to concentrate on the month of October to kill a buck. It will be difficult, but hey it will be fun trying.

    How can I get in?
