    i have heard that this stabilizer will come apart and the outer tube will come off the base.

    I have one on my 2012 Assassin and have been very happy with it. Like the adjustibility for getting a good balance depending on if you have a quiver on or not. Nothing has come apart on it. Easy to lengthen or shorten with a simple turn and push in or pull out.

    I have one on my Experience and I love it! It does its job and looks awesome while doing it.
