Well my family and my girl friend's family just returned from our vacation to the Outer Banks of North Carolina (where we go every year). It was a blast everybody really enjoyed it. While we were there we decided to do a little fishing with one of our good friends (who is also a bowhunting maniac). He charters some fishing trips but his main job is an electrician. Well we decided we were going to go try to catch some trigger fish these fish averaged any where from a 1 lb to 4 lbs and they put up an awesome fight on light tackle every fish pulled the drag i would bet, after all that fun we decided to go try to catch some drum. We ended up catching 6 puppy drums (redfish, red drum, channel bass), 4 black drum and 2 flounder. All in all that day we caught a total of 118 fish it was an awesome day of fishing!! Here are some pics............enjoy!! Trigger Fish Dad catching a trigger.... notice how bent the rod is... Kevin and I with a double I caught One of the many five gallon buckets we filled Another...
