Thinking of getting a bow just for hunting and I really like the DEFCON 6. Does anyone have one and if so what do you think about it? I'm thinking about getting one with 80# limbs. I would appreciate any feedback. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
80# limbs? Are you heading to Africa? Way to much to me, of course hunting up here and sitting in a stand for several hours in cool, no, cold weather makes drawing 60# hard at times so I always like to think from that perspective. I have a friend that has one and he really likes his.
It don't get that cold down here. I was just thinking with 80# limbs I could shoot a heavier arrow and not lose as much speed. I guess I'm trying to split the middle of both world's, speed and kinetic energy. And I don't know if this is a good ideal. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
