I searched for president gets stuck, hoping to God I would find some other nation that had experienced and media-frenzied as much about any other incident. This was the only other one I found: President Get's Stuck in a Traffic Jam in the Snow I wouldn't exactly call him stuck in traffic. When you have all those flashing lights and a swat truck behind you, people tend to move out of the way.
