Yep, that's what he said, he told Matt Lauer he's looking for someone who's ass to kick over this oil mess. Well I had nothing to do with it but come to me Mr President, I'd love to give you a shot at that.
What a jerk this guy is, in sooooo many ways.

He is a useless piece of s---! The longer he is in office the more freedoms we will lose. Transparent my a--. This guy will say anything to get re-elected and this whole Gulf thing...What a joke! The Russians had the same problem and they fixed it just like that with an explosion. They used a small nuclear warhead smaller then the ones that have been tested by our government under water before. Far more damage will be done if this continues like it has been. God Bless this country we really need it. If all the people who say they can't stand this a-- show up to vote he shouldn't get re-elected.

An there lies the problem. Too many people voting who have no clue, and not enough that do. You have NO business complaining about the current political climate if you don't show up to vote, imho.

he's just continuing the "chicago way"... after King Richard told us all how well a rifle works if you stick it up someone's butt... not really a far stretch for obama to follow suit...

it was completely classless, the president should not resort to cussing, he's supposed to be above that... and what was that that is always said about swearing?? that it shows a lack of intellect... but this pres is SOOOO smart...

Obama's posturing makes me a little ill. There's nothing to be gained by pinning blame on some executive for that blowout. And we can't stop drilling. We need the oil. We can learn from this and use the knowledge to cut down on the chances of a similar accident. But this is the price we have to pay for our modern lifestyle. Things like this will happen. We have auto accidents, plane crashes, factory explosions, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, volcanic eruptions, etc.. We have to deal with them.

That's what we get for electing a professional politician. A man that has never had a "real" job. I wonder how things would change if you had to show that you have to work for a living before you can register to vote.

All of the blanket statements on this topic are hilarious. I bet if a conservative would've said this all of these statements would be something along the lines of, " Yeah, that's who we need in office!" How many times has **** Cheney been quoted saying the F word? I think this quote is something that should draw some attention,"I'd do it again to save lives." George W. Bush actually admitting to breaking the Geneva Convention and torturing Khalid Sheik Mohammed by waterboarding.

I think being caught behind the scenes with a hot mic is substantially different than doing it intentionally... I don't recall Cheney or Bush either one cursing during a prepared/tele-prompted speech...

and by the way, Geneva pertains to declared war between nations or non-declared war between nations... last I checked, Al Qaida is not a nation and it follows, does not warrant the protections of Geneva. fwiw, KSM was waterboarded for less than 2 mins before he gave up everything... whether or not waterboarding is torture has been open for debate for some time, pretty sure I know where you stand on it... in fact I don't believe the US banned waterboarding as an interrogation method until like 2005 iirc... so you can make all the points you want about it, but when it happened, it was legal and bush and the military acted in accordance with accepted standards at that time.

edit - before you go on calling me a bush apologist, please understand, I think he was a horrible president on the whole. but there are thing he did I agree with just as there are things obama has done that I agree with.

The US never banned waterboarding as a whole until Obama did in January of 09. Also, if you read Article 3 of the Geneva Convention or the UN Convention on Torture it doesn't matter that he was a head member of Al Qadea and not a sovereign state or nation. What it does come down to is whether you believe waterboarding is a form of torture? It doesn't surprise me that John McCain believes it's a form of torture. If any nation in the Middle East would have waterboarded say a POW, the cries and pleads that this is torture would have been all over the media but since it was the US that clearly engaged in this act then you have a philosophical debate on what constitutes torture. But I digress, this topic is about our President saying he wants somebodies back side about this terrible oil incident and people actually worried about him saying ***! Hilarious!

So Mr liberal, you like the way O'Sama is handling the oil mess, snubbing our friend Israel, handling of Iran, the economy, unemployment, going on an apology tour in name of the US, not supporting illegal immigrant deportation, nor the securing of our boarders and his continuation of blaming Bush and telling a graduating class of HS students not to play the blame game and take responsibility, his transparent agenda like O'Sama care. It is now his tour somewhat 15 months or so, he now owns it all.

Who said I was a liberal? For starters, no I don't like what Obama is doing about the oil. He should take back his comments about wanting to drill around our coasts. Period. We have 1,400 + other oil rigs that are just as riggidity as that one and to think this can't happen again is a joke. I'm not even going to go there about Israel. Obviously, your not informed on the situation because we should be snubbing them. They have put themselves in this situation and they can pay for it themselves. I'm not going to go through the entire laundry list you put up there. If I was to make one of who and why we're in this situation I would probably run out of infinite space.
