Ha Haaa, I will take 2 good questions answered over none any day! I will see your dumb ass smiley face, and raise you two!
It's not the interviewers job, it's mine Then it's our job to vote the SOB out of office. Until we learn as people to vote these guys out the next term if they fail to keep their promises, we have no one to blame but ourselves. Maybe the issue is us I do not agree with what GW did in office, but the SOB stated he as going to do A and did it.
when an interviewer does this it is no longer an interview it is a campaign speech... but obama is quite adept at campaigning as he hasn't stopped since the election... though you knew that... besides, what is wrong with a concise answer? as I said, i think obama answered oreilly's questions quite well... there was no need for any of the extra fluff he was going to throw on the answer... it would have been extraneous so why not just move on to the next question...
THIS is what scares me about Obama!....lol I honestly hope the country prospers under his watch. But, if he does everything he's promised to try to do.........I can't see that happening. My biggest fear with Obama is....he WILL do what he's said he'll do.
this is the problem I have with the hardcore righties like limbaugh and levin... wanting a president to fail is just bad for this country... wanting his policies to fail in the legislative process however is a different distinction...
Brilliant ! why didn't I think of that.To get them to answer a question, don't let them answer the question. Like wow man, what you growing up there. Earth to Fletch, Earth to Fletch, Come in Fletch.
I see you and Barrack share a lot in common. Chill man, some of us dont have a dog in this fight and simply shared an opinion that you must feel to be an attack on your entire moral fabric. I think O'Reilly did a decent job. You dont. Move on.
i'm not seeing that yet... even in the oreilly interview he very emphatically said he was not moving to the center... make of that what you will...
Which is why he did not agree to extend the Bush tax cuts, oh wait. His actions show he is doing the center dance
Common ground. I think he handled himself admirably. Our diff. of opinion is on how Bill handled himself.
one action. i'm not sure I buy it though, he was pretty much backed into a corner by the republican congress, he didn't have much choice in the matter really... and he only agreed to a 2yr extension of it, which is kind of funny in a way cuz he's gonna have to face a tax increase discussion during the general election campaign in '12... a tactical error for his re-election in my eyes... going to be tough to vote for a guy who absolutely WANTS to raise your taxes...
I agree. He won't get many votes from the people whose taxes he seeks to raise. He'll do well (again) with the folks whose taxes aren't gonna increase. What the terminology for this practice?
he's just returned to full on campaign mode... he had gotten out of that for a couple months... has to get his mojo back again after the drubbing his policies put on his party this past election cycle... personally I think he's still sittin pretty to be re-elected cuz the repubs don't really have any viable contenders... and I'm fine with a dem pres and a repub congress... it worked out really well last time that happened... split power for the win!!!
but remember, the bush tax cut actually cut EVERYONES taxes, so if he allows it to expire in his next term everyones rates go up... there is potential, given the state of congress and what at the moment appears will not change in '12 that he will not sign a bill that crosses his desk to keep rates down, thus allowing everyones to expire... edit - i'm not sayin its likely, but the repubs will spin it that way during the campaign
