Is a sight with the LED that illuminates your pins considered illegal for hunting in New York. From DEC website: "It is unlawful to hunt big game with: •A firearm or bow aided by any artificial light or a laser that projects a beam toward the target." Deer and Bear Hunting Regulations - NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation Or is that in reference only to flashlight and spotlight type stuff? I ask because it is impossible to see the pins when inside of my blind.
It is legal, it just refers to no lighting used to illuminate the game not your setup Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
It illuminates the pins not the target...your good to go Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
