Do you agree with this add? Is it in poor taste? I think the add is in bad taste BUT I agree with the message. His kids are no more important than mine. If guns can protect his kids in school then they can protect mine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmO5MQ85Cv4&feature=youtube_gdata_player Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using Tapatalk 2
I think in a way the whole calling out your "leader" on national tv is a bit of bad taste and makes us look weak to the wrong people. But, again I still think its a good add and agree and support it 100%
I like the add but I also think it is in bad taste( using the kids of the president to move an agenda). Sometimes that is needed to make a point that should be obvious. I also think the president using kids in his press conference was bad taste Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using Tapatalk 2
If we can't call out our leader... who can we call out?? We look weak as a nation by having a crappy leader, not because the people have a voice and the right to use it.
We seen it from the other side today, he called everyone out. After his heartfelt reading of the scripted letters from the kids, when he started focusing on trying to figure out what happened with Adam Lanza and what made him snap enough to kill his own mother then steal her guns and head off to the schoool to wreak the havoc he plotted out........ Oh wait he must have forgotten that part when he went on about the high capacity clips that wreaked havoc inside a theatre with an assault weapon.
I would think, if anything, some folks might be upset that the NRA has the audacity to mention the President's kids. However, this ad doesn't call them out by name or use pictures of them. Just a generic mention of 'kids'. Obama said this was about keeping our children safe. Did he really mean your? And it's not as if this President doesn't miss an opportunity to mention his kids to help make a point.
I don't see anything wrong with it. It really hits home and gives you somethng to think about. It sure appears to me that their is a double standard. Health Care reform was another good example. I see the biased media is all over it. They should be ashamed of themselves.
lol one of the many reasons I put it in quotes. Wasnt saying hes my leader...was saying others (as in foreign countries) view him as our leader.
I think it is a powerful ad that doesn't piss around getting to the point. I hope to god there is a trained professional protecting my son and his fellow classmates lives in a year and a half when he goes to kindergarten.
Nothing wrong with that add. Today the President signed 23 executive orders and assured us he wanted our rights stripped, meanwhile his kids learned in a school that was armed with guards. Where the hell are the measures to protect the kids, we had an assault weapon ban when Columbine happened and ironically gun crime has gone down since that ban was lifted. The people of America need to know that places like England are gun free and have far more violent crime than the U.S.
I agree its perfectly fine and right to the point. Why are his kids more important than ours? Obama and his flunkies are the biggest hypocrites that have ever walked the face of the earth. I like how Biden claimed that no way should individuals be able to sell guns to other individuals without knowing if they are legally allowed to own them. Yet in fast and furious they took that one step further and KNOWINGLY sold them to criminals. What a bunch of POS's. I also won't refer to him as my leader. He's destroying our country as fast as he can.
Additionally the president uses his children and our children as propaganda every time he is in a pinch. So it's ok for him to do it and not others? Another double standard...
