    That's it. I'm inspired.

I'm breaking out the Punchcutters and Mountain Magic this fall.

I think I have an old overdraw laying around somewhere...

I'd just like to note that Crystal Pepsi was delicious.

Tuning up some 2413's this morning. Did some bareshaft groupings at 15 yards and they are hitting straight and like a freight train. I am fletching them up right now and will see how they hit. Specs--29 inches long, 296 grains up front (including insert), total arrow weight around 620 grains. KILL

Donnie, if I kill a deer this year it will be a small miracle. So if I plug one in the boiler room, I will dedicate to you my friend! :)

Oh yeah well I still shoot cedar shafts and listen to LP vinyl and 45's.
Doh, I think I just threw my hip out!

I will be going the cedar route in the next couple of years. Moved from carbon back to aluminum this year. The natural progression is cedar. Can't wait.

Just make sure you use a traditional bow and not a compound!

Been shooting my 620 grain or so aluminums the last two days. They have 296 grains up front and are hitting like a brick. Bring on a ribcage!

IMO, cedar and trad bows are like peanut butter & jelly, they just belong together. I've made woodies for 25 or so years. That being said, I shoot GT Traditionals now. Carbon is either straight or broken and I can adjust the FOC much easier. I shoot cedar for fun and and out of only one of my bows when hunting. It really sucks when you spend a bunch of time making pretty cedar arrows then you Robin Hood one or lose one or break one.
